Morning Trips is an eclectic four-piece indie band comprised of Brady Lynch, Logan Clinkingbeard, James Amos, and Noah Townsend. The band's lineup has remained intact since 2019, during which they released a handful of singles and performed at various shows around the Florida circuit.
Influenced by the themes and energy of punk, as well as the songwriting ethos of pop and hip-hop music, Morning Trips is renowned for its polished productions, whimsical lyrics, and frenetic live shows.
Morning Trips' high-octane performances and creative music videos have garnered local notoriety in the Northwest Florida Daily News and the alternative magazine "InWeekly," based out of Pensacola. They have also been featured in publications in Brazil, France, and Canada, including the Toronto Music Hall of Famer Eric Alper's website, "That Eric Alper."
In 2023, Morning Trips independently released several singles, including tracks from their debut EP, Super Best Case Scenario. The EP featured live staples such as Processin and DELETE!!! and delved into themes of social anxiety, internet stimulation, and perfectionism. The band self-produced the EP and collaborated with LA producer Zach Fogarty (Jean Dawson, EyeDress, Claud) during the post-production process. The EP was mastered by Grammy Award Winner Dale Becker (Doja Cat, SZA, Justin Bieber).
In May 2023, the band recorded a single with producer Jeremy SH Griffith (Underoath, Anberlin, Norma Jean) set to be released in Spring 2024.
Morning Trips is currently working on their first album, slated to feature unreleased live staples, You're Never Happy and Enemies.
